Our meals are made up of a snack (kir and amuses mouths), an entrance, a dish, cheese of the valley (Cooperative Dairy of the Valley of the Ubaye), a dessert and a génépi if you are wise ...

On the menu, a home-made cuisine with local mountain products (caillettes, fumeton,delicatessen, ravioli, fresh gnocchi ...), but also Provençale (Grill ...).
